The City’s local COVID emergency order will expire on January 31, 2023. Beginning February 1, 2023, tenants must pay their full current monthly rent in order to avoid eviction for non-payment of rent.
Hollywood United will be sponsoring a FREE Tenants’ Rights Seminar with Tobener & Ravenscroft on 1/4/23 from 12-2pm at the Kimpton Everly Hotto provide an overview.
SEC. 200.122. PROOF OF VACCINATION each Patron to provide Proof of Vaccination or Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test upon entering an Indoor Portion of a Covered Location. Masking strongly recommended.
