Due to the Yom Kippur holiday, PLUM will not be meeting in October but will resume in November. 

PLUM will review a new 20 unit project, a Community Impact Statement on State Zoning laws, a Community Impact Statement on the elimination of off-street parking requirements and other items.

PLUM will hear a Council File on expediting construction by limiting stairwells/exits for lesser floored buildings and other items.
