The forum will be held at John Marshall High School, and students are expected to take part in the event. All candidates running for the seat have agreed to participate.
KPCC Senior Politics Reporter Libby Denkmann will moderate the event, and the League of Women Voters Los Angeles has been advising and will provide on-site support.
The Hollywood United Neighborhood Council (HUNC) coordinated the coalition of 7 Neighborhood Councils to participate, and will be providing refreshments for attendees. Much of the logistics and planning have been led by the Los Feliz Neighborhood Council (LFNC).
In addition to LFNC and HUNC, Bel Air – Beverly Crest, Central Hollywood, Silverlake, Greater Wilshire, and Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Councils will all participate.
