The race to elect Los Angeles’ City Councilmember for the Fourth District is still happening. Many issues are of concern to district residents including homelessness, traffic congestion, development, public safety, the COVID-19 response and much more.
Meet the two candidates, David Ryu and Nithya Raman, virtually and hear their positions on matters of concern to our area. Neighborhood Councils in CD 4 in association with other community groups invite you to a candidate forum moderated by KABC’s Adrienne Alpert.
