In honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, American Legion Post 43 in Hollywood will host a fun, carnival-style free event this April, Family Fun Day. Family Fun Day is a national American Legion open house celebrated at posts across the country.
Family Fun Day 2026 is a free community event, welcoming veterans, families, neighbors, and visitors from across Los Angeles for a carnival style day rooted in service, civic pride, and community connection.
Family Fun Day will feature arts and crafts, live entertainment, music, games, prizes, food vendors, tours of the historic Post 43 building, and access to its world class theater and iconic Art Deco bar.
